I am enjoying this book. I feel I’ve always kept a positive and optimistic attitude about things and haven’t been one to complain much, but I can probably do better, and this book is helping me realize how I can improve. I don’t think I need a purple wristband to assist me with this effort, my awareness is heightened and I’ll be more mindful of the words I choose.
