Tonight’s challenge: produce the mirror image of a document for my wife from a Word document she created.
The first step was to save the document as a PDF. Next, I opened the PDF with Gimp, a free, open source alternative to Photoshop available for Mac, PC, and Linux. This allowed me to flip the image horizontally. Finally, I saved the document as a JPG image file that she can print onto her iron-on transfer paper.
